If you wish to stop using CoachBook, you can delete your account directly from the CoachBook mobile app.
Follow the instructions below for the complete in-app deletion flow.

1. Delete your account from the app
The easiest and fastest way to delete your account is directly inside the CoachBook mobile app.
Before you continue: account deletion is permanent. You will lose access to your
CoachBook profile, saved profile details, session information, and app access linked to this account,
except records that must be retained for legal, tax, payment, dispute, security, or compliance purposes.

Open the CoachBook app
Log in to the account you want to delete. From the Home screen, go to the profile area.
→Tap My Profile from the Quick Actions
section.

Open your profile details
The profile page shows your account details, availability, pricing, payment setup, and
account actions.
→Scroll down on the profile page to reach the
account action area.

Select Delete Coach Account
At the bottom of the profile page, find the Danger Zone section.
→Tap Delete Coach Account inside the
Danger Zone.

Confirm your request
A confirmation popup appears before your account is deleted.
→Tap Delete to confirm, or
Cancel if you do not want to delete the account.
2. Request deletion by email
If you no longer have access to the CoachBook app, you can submit a formal account deletion request to
our support team by email.
Required details to include in your email
Full name
Registered email address or phone number
Account type: Coach, Athlete, or both
Short confirmation that you want to delete your CoachBook account
Saved availability, session pricing, and preferences
Device tokens used for push notifications
Non-required support or app activity records where deletion is permitted

Completed transaction records
Payment, payout, or commission records
Fraud prevention and platform safety logs
Legal, tax, dispute, or compliance records
Records required to protect CoachBook users and platform security
Processing Time & Validation
CoachBook may verify account ownership before processing an account deletion request to help protect
account security. In-app deletion requests are submitted immediately after confirmation. Email deletion
requests are reviewed by support and are typically processed within 7 to 14 business days after
successful verification.
Some records may be retained where required for regulatory compliance, legal defense, payment
validation, tax obligations, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or platform safety.

Steps:
1. Log in to the CoachBook app.
2. On the Home screen, tap My Profile.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the profile page.
4. In the Danger Zone section, tap Delete Coach Account.
5. Confirm the deletion by tapping Delete on the confirmation popup.
